We spotted 20-year-old student BlasianMeg, who brought a dose of feminine charm in Harajuku.

She wore a Forever 21 white romper with an off-the-shoulder design and a multicolored floral print. BlasianMeg styled it with vintage electric blue boots, which featured block heels, a lace-up design, almond toes, and crocodile leather. She swept her hair up in a bun with curly tendrils. A Guess bag with maroon croc-embossed leather and a chain shoulder strap finished off her look.
