While taking a stroll along the streets of Harajuku, we came across Airi, a 16-year-old Japanese fashion student.
Sporting a fringed bob, Airi is dressed in a purple button down shirt with rolled up cuffs tucked into black denim drop-crotch balloon pants, which she bought in the UK. Heeled lace-up leather boots, a black leather fringed bag – also from the UK – and accessories such as a face mask, a fringe necklace, a black leather belt and a watch are the finishing touches to her look.

Cote Mer Tokyo Graphic Streetwear Style w/ Studded Face Mask, Graphic Shirt, M&Ms Hoodie, Color Camo Pants & Platform Boots
Meet Shiryu, the 19-year-old Japanese artist we often feature on our Harajuku street snaps.
This time, Shiryu is dressed in another graphic print style, which consists of a neon green M&Ms hoodie sweater, which he layered with a patchwork graphic print t-shirt and purple camouflage print pants with patchwork hem, both of which are from Cote Mer. Shiryu stepped into a pair of black leather lace-up platform boots with white dripping paint and barbwire custom-painted prints. He wore a graphic print cap over his teal hair, donned a black studded face mask and accessorized with a silver chain necklace, multiple silver knuckle rings and silver o-ring pants chain.

Harajuku Girls Styles w/ Hair Bow, Lace Headdress, Twin Tails, Axes, Sylvester Sweater, Handmade Fashion, Baby The Stars Shine Bright, Angelic Pretty & Yumetenbo
While walking along the streets of Tokyo, we came across this trio of 17-year-old Harajuku girls all wearing chic, eye-catching streetwear styles. They are Sasa, Sawa and Kaoru.
At the left is Sasa sporting purple hair and a monochrome ensemble. The 17-year-old student is dressed in a black sweater with ruffled collar and cuffs, which she paired with a handmade monochrome striped hoop skirt. Black ankle socks with ruffle lace, black leather heeled loafers from Axes, and handmade accessories such as a purple hair bow and a wide black garterized lace-up belt completed her style. In addition, Sasa is also carrying a black cat face-shaped tote bag. Sasa’s favorite fashion brand is Kobinai, and she loves the music of Sekai No Owari. Follow Sasa on Twitter and Instagram.
Sporting red cat eye sunglasses at the middle is Sawa. She stepped out in a resale white Sylvester the Cat and Tweety Bird sweater, a handmade orange tulle maxi skirt worn over pink pants and white GU sneakers with rainbow laces. Sawa embellished her style with colorful enamel earrings, a polka-dot detached collar with lace trims, and a handmade canvas dog print sling bag with pink ruffle trims. Sawa loves to shop at Ne-net and she also enjoys the music of Sekai No Owari. Sawa is also active on Instagram.
Meanwhile, Kaoru’s Lolita style consists of a white ruffle blouse, a strawberry print dress from Baby, The Stars Shine Bright, white ribbed socks with red bows and dark purple Yumetenbou platform lace-up shoes. A handmade ruffled lace headdress, colorful cocktail rings and a red-and-white bow bag by Angelic Pretty are the finishing touches to her streetwear style. Kobinai and Anna Sui are two of Kaoru’s favorite fashion labels and she enjoys listening to Hello! Project, Kanjani Eight and Spitz. Check out Kaoru’s style feed on Instagram.

Easily catching our attention on the streets with his all black edgy look is Nagi, the 19-year-old
student we often feature on our Harajuku street snaps.
In addition to his spiked hair, striking black eye makeup and purple lipstick, Nagi is dressed in a crumpled leather jacket, which he wore over a black Comme des Garcons cutout shirt and black patent leather skinny pants from Catanzaro. Black platform lace-up boots from Demonia, a handmade barbwire caged headpiece, a black leather spike choker, a silver chain necklace, silver chains and silver knuckle rings rounded out his edgy look.
Nagi loves listening top hip hop music and he is active on Instagram.

While out and about in Tokyo, we came across these two young Japanese women sporting colorful hair and striking ensembles. They are Rokurokuroku, a member of the Japanese pop group, Last In My Cult, and Natsu, a 21-year-old Gravure idol.
Sporting a purple fringed bob at the left is Natsu, who is dressed in a white Dickies tank top and bleached denim pants with cutouts, grommets and zippered details, both of which are from Pinnap. Black platform boots and a gold metallic handbag – gifted – completed her outfit. A gold cross pendant necklace and a silver butterfly belly button piercing – both from foreign online shops – are the finishing touches to her style. Meanwhile, Rokurokuroku – with twin blue tails – stepped out in a black Sex Pot Revenge monochrome print tank top, which features a corset type neckline and grommeted plaid shoulder straps. She paired her top with a vintage red tiered plaid skirt, donned purple ankle socks and stepped into a pair of strappy platform sandals by Yosuke. She embellished her outfit with accessories such as clear visor glasses, multiple earrings, a black leather o-ring choker, a black Vivienne Westwood flask necklace and multiple knuckle rings. Some of her accessories are from Goregro and gacha-gacha. In addition, Roku is carrying a black coffin-shaped backpack and a black coffin-shaped chain sling bag, which she sourced from Demonia and BPN.
