Izumi is a Japanese hair and makeup artist who we met on the street in Harajuku.
Her striking Japanese gyaru style includes a ruffle tube top by the brand Gyda with Spiral Girl high waist jeans, Murua wedge sandals, and an LV bag. Her accessories include several items of Hawaiian jewelry.
