Catching our attention on the street with their polka dot yukata street styles are Tsumire and Ivy, a mother-and-daughter team we often feature on our Harajuku street snaps.
Tsumire, a jewelry designer for her own brand The Ivy Tokyo, stepped out in twin braids with a white yukata with black and red polka dots and light blue floral stripes. She styled her yukata with a black and red obi belt with florets and floral prints. Tsumire finished off her style with white lace tabi socks, black patent leather heeled sandals from American Apparel, a gold watch, and a pair of monochrome flower drop earrings from her own brand, The Ivy Tokyo. Tsumire’s favorite fashion designer is Vivienne Westwood, and she likes listening to the music of Bes. Follow Tsumire on Instagram. Also, check out The Ivy Tokyo on Instagram.
Meanwhile, looking adorable in her street style is 4-year-old Ivy. She is wearing a white handmade yukata, which features black polka dot prints with contrasting neck and sleeve stripes. Her yukata is styled with a monochrome and dark green obi belt with a bow at the back, white ruffled lace socks, and black Converse sneakers. Pink-and-white floral drop earrings from The Ivy Tokyo rounded our her pretty look. For more of Ivy’s adorable streetwear styles, check her out on Instagram.
