Hiroyuki-Mitsume Takahashi is a Japanese artist who is also a well known personality in the Japanese street fashion scene.

When we ran into him on the street in Harajuku this time, Mitsume was wearing a striking long coat by the Thailand brand Mugen featuring Mitsume’s own unmistakable vibrant artwork along with black sarueru pants and black canvas sneakers.
