We stumbled upon Kasumi, whose pink hair and striking outfit caught our attention while walking down the streets of Harajuku.
The 18-year-old student donned her father’s printed button-down shirt, which she styled with a black-and-red kimono obi belt. Kasumi also wore bright red pleated pants with a wide-leg silhouette and dark brown leather loafers worn with black socks. She completed her look with pink nails, twin tails with bangs, dangling earrings, a silver ring, a bold red lip, and a black circular bag with a gold chain shoulder strap.
